HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Provide context and set the scene

To ensure the best possible matches, you’ll be asked to share context around your brand, objectives and current challenges within the sports and sponsorship landscape. This helps agencies tailor conversations and come prepared with relevant ideas and solutions.


2. Context shared with agencies

Once your context is received, it will be shared with the agencies who have confirmed their attendance and expressed interest in working with brands like yours. This ensures they come prepared with the insights and ideas most relevant to your needs.

3. One-to-one meetings with agency specialists

On the day, you’ll meet with 6-8 leading agencies specialising in sport. Each 20-minute meeting is designed to give you enough time to discuss challenges, explore opportunities and understand each agency’s approach.

4. Give feedback and decide next steps

After the event, we’ll ask you to provide feedback on each agency you met with. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to choose which agencies you'd like to continue conversations with, allowing you to take the next steps in building partnerships.
