Crisis Communications Unveiled

We brought together PR professionals for an evening of insights and networking in central London.

This event explored effective crisis communication strategies, emphasising the challenges and opportunities presented by social media. Key topics included the essentials of a comprehensive crisis communication plan, successful real-world examples, and the importance of quick decision-making, particularly in managing misinformation and viral content on social media platforms.
