An exclusive dinner for senior marketing procurement leaders
Marketing procurement is at an inflection point. AI is moving from experiment to core infrastructure, supplier relationships are becoming a company's most valuable currency, and the KPIs that define success are being fundamentally rewritten.
On Tuesday 2nd June at 6pm, we're bringing together a small and carefully selected group of senior marketing procurement leaders for an intimate dinner at Barrafina, Coal Drops Yard, hosted by Duncan Wood, Managing Director at The Ingenuity Group, and held in collaboration with DEPT Future Club.
We will hold a guided discussion over dinner, designed to give you the space to explore the forces reshaping the function with a room full of peers who are navigating the same challenges.
Places are strictly limited and attendance is by invitation only.
What we'll explore:
- AI as Core Infrastructure: The question is no longer whether to use AI, but which processes should be AI-first by design. We'll explore how marketing procurement leaders are moving beyond experimentation to embed AI into sourcing, contract management, and supplier strategy, and what early adopters are already seeing in terms of savings, risk outcomes, and strategic capability.
- Evolving KPIs: The procurement function is being measured differently. We'll discuss the shift from hard savings to a more nuanced set of KPIs that capture supplier innovation, risk mitigation, and sustainability outcomes, and how leaders are making the case internally for this broader definition of value.
- Supplier Relationships as a Strategic Asset: As access to critical resources tightens, the depth of your supplier network is becoming one of your organisation's most important competitive advantages. We'll explore how the best leaders are moving beyond transactional relationships to build networks that deliver access, influence, and resilience, particularly as trade requirements and compliance demands continue to evolve.
